- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called this pharmacy for the help of a pharmacist in the hopes of having a prescription called in there that I could afford. She chose not to use the resources I know she has at her fingertips to help me and instead referred me to my doctor for a matter that should certainly be her job (affordable and fewer side effects). Pharmacists like this woman make me hope the industry is automated soon. Does she not realize that helping me with her knowledge is the only reason the profession still exists? Horrible customer service, likely overworked and understaffed, definitely not underpaid!!! I will not be using this Kroger anytime soon.June 23, 2017by Chelsey Shouse
