  I have been a State Farm member for years, and I have never had any issues. In fact, I have been more than satisfied with my policy. However, over the last six months, this particular office has been completely incompetent. I don't know what is going on over there, but I would recommend that you go to any other office in Etown, if you want someone who will be available and knowledgeable and do the job they are supposed to do. My billing has been "getting straightened out" for months, and I never speak to the same person. And when I ask to speak to Kelly Miller, she is NEVER there. Useless.

  My family and I were with Jim Skees for about 9yrs and switched to the Kelley Miller office about 3-4 months ago and ever since then have had nothing, but problems such as: money missing in payments, hidden charges, and all around imcompetence not to mention I have never personally seen Kelley Miller herself ever in the office (and she doesn't return phone calls.) I even tried to switch back to Jim Skees and there is a problem there. If u are thinking of choosing State Farm then great, but I would think twice before choosing this representative b/c that office is a mess.
