  I have only been with Neil for the past few month. I recently moved to Louisville from Kansas City. I had the same agent in KC For 30 years. I can honestly say, i am throughly happy with my experience here so far. Missy is amazing, efficient and goes the extra mile every time. I look forward to many years with Neil Atcher.

  Neil and his team are awesome he always answers any questions that I have and when I call and leave a message he always calls me back. Neil goes above and beyond to make sure you have the right insurance and he also does a great job at saving you money

  Neil and his team are client focused and very knowledgeable. They have always been courteous and professional anytime I have called or stopped in and the multiple discounts offered are just the icing on the cake. Need homeowners, renters, auto, life..? I would definitely recommend calling or stopping by. I personally use Missy and she's great!
